Examination Results & Notifications

All India Banking Training Institute publishes examination results for Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ recruitment conducted under various government departments and financial institutions.
Results are declared after complete evaluation and verification of all answer sheets, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and transparency.

Written Examination Results

Provisional results of written tests are released based on performance in objective and descriptive examinations.

Skill Test / Interview Results

Candidates shortlisted in the written test appear for skill tests or interviews; final lists are prepared after evaluation.

Merit Lists

Final merit lists are prepared category-wise and post-wise, based on marks obtained and reservation rules.

Document Verification

Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully are recommended for appointment to the concerned department.

Declaration of Results

Results are declared only after a thorough and transparent evaluation of written examinations, interviews, and skill tests (where applicable).

 

Each result notice includes:

  • Advertisement number and post details
  • Roll numbers of qualified candidates
  • Category-wise result lists
  • Cut-off marks (if applicable)
  • Instructions for the next stage of the recruitment process

Results are published on the official website and notice boards of the Institute.

Process of Result Preparation

The Confidential Branch of AIBTI is responsible for:

  • Conducting examinations and interviews under strict supervision.

  • Evaluating answer sheets and interview records.

  • Preparing final merit lists.

  • Releasing official notifications of selected candidates.

All results are verified and approved before publication to maintain accuracy, fairness, and integrity.

Candidates who require a duplicate result copy can apply to the Institute by submitting:

  • A written request with the candidate’s name, roll number, and post applied for.

  • Proof of identity.

  • Payment of the prescribed re-issue fee.

Duplicate result copies are issued only after proper verification by the Confidential Branch.

Any dispute or court case related to result declaration, eligibility, or selection is managed by the Legal Cell of AIBTI.
Candidates can submit grievances or queries to the Recruitment or Legal Branch for review and resolution.

In line with the Right to Information Act, 2005, candidates may request result-related information through the RTI Branch.
The Assistant Public Information Officer (APIO) and First Appellate Authority handle all RTI matters fairly and within the prescribed time limits.

  • All official results are published only on the official website.

  • The Institute does not send results individually by post or email.

  • Any unofficial result or information from other sources should be ignored.
