Recruitment Process Overview
All India Banking Training Institute conducts fair and transparent recruitment processes for various Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts under the Government of India and associated financial institutions.
Our goal is to ensure that only the most capable and deserving candidates are selected through written examinations, skill tests, and interviews in accordance with government guidelines.

The selection and recruitment procedure is carried out in several transparent and systematic steps:
Notification of Vacancies
Vacant positions from different departments are compiled and advertised publicly through newspapers, official notices, and the institute’s website.
Application Submission
Eligible candidates submit their applications as per the advertisement guidelines before the closing date
Scrutiny of Applications
Applications are carefully examined to ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria, including: Age limit Educational qualifications Work experience (if applicable) Proper documentation and fee submission
Examination & Assessment
Written examinations, skill tests, and interviews (as applicable) are conducted under strict supervision to ensure complete transparency.
Merit List & Final Selection
After evaluation, the results are compiled, merit lists are prepared, and final recommendations are made to the concerned departments for appointment.
