Scrutiny Branch

Receipt of application forms in response to the advertisement released by the Recruitment Group-‘C’ Branch by all of the applications forms of the candidates for various posts for which eligibility criteria is marked against the advertisement issued by the Commission parameters for eligibility criteria:
Preparation of applicants’ database on the basis of sub-categorization of columns of sale & Issuing of Roll Numbers/Displaying of admit cards against the advertisement posts.
 
To implement order of Hon’ble Court. Scrutinizing receipt of fees received in the form of Indian Postal Order/Challan with the application against the different advertisements. Copy and dispatch of the routine mail/outgoing mail/dak of the Commission.

Recruitment/I & II Branch

Compile the requisitions received from the different departments for the vacant posts and publish them in newspapers. Prepare rules/regulations for issuing various forms and their complements. Intimate H.O.P. and S.S.B. for preparation/supply of paper slips and seals. Collect sale proceeds of paper slips and seals and bank passbooks.

RTI Branch

RTI Branch is to provide the information asked by the candidates under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Supervision of RTI Branch has been appointed as APIO and the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission has been appointed as First Appellate Authority to deal with RTI matters.

Establishment/Accounts Branch

Establishment matters relating to employees of the Commission. Preparation of Annual Administrative Reports. Maintenance of service books of the Officers/Officials of the Commission. Preparation of Budget, Accounts matters viz. matter relating to payment of bill, Disposal of all matters pertaining to Audit/Cash. Preparation of Income Tax return/PAN statement.
 
Matters relating to the Pay Bills/All allowances of the Officers/Officials of the Commission of the Government, Government, Supply and accounting with spare of store and stationery articles, books etc. periodically and non-periodically. Maintenance of buildings and ensuring security aspects of all kinds. Insurance of employees and maintenance of logs.

Confidential Branch

To monitor Conduction of written, observation and viva-voce/interview test. To pass results and prepare selection procedure forms/files which includes Academic Record and viva-voce etc. To prepare final merit list by adding marks, Selection process of posts of different categories and call candidates for giving option for shape to merit list.
 
Recommendations of the selected candidates to the concerned departments, Replenishment of pending demands of candidates to the concerned department, implementation of orders of Hon’ble Court in respect of declaration of results and selection for various categories of posts. To intimate the duplicate results to the candidates (on payment of requisite fees).

Legal Cell

To pursue/follow upon matters pertaining to all Court matters against the eligibility/selection/recruitment process.

Indian Banking Training Institutes and Recruitment for Group C & D Services

All Indian banking training institute  is constituted by Indian Government banking for  the recruitment of Group C and D Services. The Commission has been constituted with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent and highly skilled individuals by conducting various examinations for different posts. Initial appointment of Non-Gazetted Group-'C' posts under the State Government, excluding appointments of Officers & employees of the Delhi High Court as per Article 229 of the Constitution of India.

Promotions, Transfers, and Disciplinary Matters for Group 'C' & 'D' Employees

Promotions and Transfers from one service or post to another services or post pertaining to Group 'C' and Group 'D' posts as well as Disciplinary matter pertaining to Group-'C' and Group-'D' employees.

Recruitment Methods for Group 'C' & 'D' Posts

Methods of recruitment and the principles are to be followed in making appointment to Group-'C' and Group-'D' posts under the State Govt.
